The drive automatically opens and asks if I want to run the program. When I plug into the old laptop it is recognised in my computer under Devices with removable storage under drive E.
The laptop recognises that new hardware has been plugged in but cannot find the software which I am under the impression is built into the device. Answers: Q1: There re 4 USB ports and I have tried each.one.
